Mercury set out with an objective to create outstanding cookers of uncompromising quality and performance. This has been possible from the start with the meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process. Mercury's design and development team worked with top UK product designers Seymourpowell creating a range of outstanding cookers.

Seymourpowell, Europe’s leading design agency, was appointed design partner to work on Mercury product innovation. David Fisher, Director of Seymourpowell, has an impressive portfolio of world-class clients including BMW, Nokia and Toshiba.

Mercury was recently the topic at a dinner party David attended “Someone was talking about theirs and had no idea that I designed it,” says Fisher. “That was the best reward and the best kind of viral marketing”.

The strong relationship is still maintained today as David continues to work on exciting new developments and challenge convention with Mercury.
